The Amjad Ali Khan College of Business Administration (formerly Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Business Administration) was established in the year 1991-92 under the affiliation of Osmania University with the approval of the AICTE, New Delhi and Govt. of AP. The College has earned state wide recognition for its academic excellence and in meeting the needs of industry for professionally trained graduates. Dr. Lakshmi Rawat, an accomplished educationalist with a wealth of experience in teaching, training, administration, and consulting. She has over 18 years of experience in designing and improving synthetic routes to support studies and also bringing about challenging and innovative teaching and learning atmospheres. Her passion for creating a positive learning environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills is truly inspiring.
She is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad, Hyderabad Central University having pursued full time Ph.D in management, Osmania University having pursued MBA and M.Com, and BITS-Pilani having pursued Post Graduation Diploma in Financial Technology.
Throughout her career, Dr. Rawat has held various positions in academic institutions, including Director of Admissions and Promotions, Dean, HoD, Associate Professor, and Corporate experience. Her unique perspective on the academic world, from the grassroots level to top-level administration, has helped her make significant contributions to the field of education.
In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Rawat has also been a resource person and conducted over 30+ FDPs, workshops, and seminars on case method teaching, writing research papers for publication, business research methods, and more at various institutions at the National level. Her expertise in these areas has helped countless students and educators improve their skills and knowledge.
Dr. Rawats research publications include several research papers with ABDC/Scopus/UGC Journals of National and International repute. Her work has been recognized with several awards, fellowships, and scholarships for research papers. She is also a member of the editorial board of several Journals of National and International repute. Dr. Rawat is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad, Hyderabad Central University, Osmania University, and BITS-Pilani. Dr. Lakshmi Rawat is a true inspiration to those who aspire to make a difference in the world of education.
